Singing on a Long Road

At the Guijin Expressway Project General Headquarters, Commander-in-Chief Su Chongyuan and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Zhu Jianglong made a decision to appoint Gao Qiming as the person in charge of the second part of the project, because this bidding section was the hardest nut to crack in the entire project.
