Singing Along the Long Road

At the headquarters of the Guijin Expressway project, Commander-in-Chief Su Chongyuan and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Zhu Jianglong make a decision: they appoint Gao Qiming as the head of Project Division Two, since this section is the toughest part of the entire project. Leading the construction team, Gao Qiming faces one challenge after another: complex geology, changeable weather, and difficult supply transport, as well as all kinds of conflicts with the local people. The young builders are bold and determined, and after four years, they complete the task to perfection. The road ahead is long, and I will search high and low. The people who built the whole project stayed true to their original aspirations, worked tirelessly, and pressed on with determination, writing a moving new chapter in the history of the Guijin Expressway.
