A Good-for-Nothing Lord? I’ll Summon a Million Undead!

I’m Lace, a good-for-nothing sent into exile. My System is a little unhinged. It told me to build an army out of corpses, and after I was accidentally corrupted by the Abyss, it gave me the ability to devour souls and warned that the Abyss might swallow me at any moment. I thought I was crazy enough, until I met my “companions.” My first subordinate was a one-eyed veteran named Kyle, a die-hard fan. When I said it was time to execute someone, he brought down his blade without even blinking. My ally Gregory is an inquisitor of the Church. He was secretly studying forbidden magic himself, but when I caught him red-handed, he immediately imagined I was the Son of God come down to earth and even offered to use holy light to cover for my skeleton soldiers. The first talented person I saved was an alchemist named Lila. I thought she was a saint, but when she saw me commanding the undead, her eyes lit up and she asked, “Commander, if you give me enough materials, I can make you an alchemical army!” And so, the style of my territory grew stranger and stranger.
