I Find the Snowy Mountains So Endearing

Zhou Qinxue grew up in the embrace of snow-capped mountains, a ray of sunshine amid the peaks. As an elite search-and-rescue worker, she lives by one belief: "No life should ever be abandoned lightly!" During a perilous rescue, she drags a man who is trying to end his life in a blizzard back from the brink. He is Xi Mu, a genius surgeon once hailed as the "Hand of God" in the medical world. An accident destroyed the tendons in his right hand as he tried to save someone, leaving him unable to hold the scalpel that had once been the symbol of his glory. Cast down from his pedestal and overcome with despair, he wants to end it all in the snowy mountains where he was born. But this woman, whose smile shines brighter than the sun, forcibly brings him back to life. Xi Mu, who once kept everyone at arm's length, now clutches her icy hand tightly. With fingers slowly regaining their strength, he gently yet firmly wipes away her tears. "You taught me to fight against fate and to keep living. This time, let me be your doctor and mend the wounds in your heart."
