Mr. Huo, Did You Succeed in Bringing Your Wife Home Today?

Five years after her divorce, Yun Wanxing runs into her ex-husband, Huo Shiyue, now worth hundreds of millions. She assumes they will still act like strangers, but the former husband who once treated her with indifference and icy hauteur has lost his memory! With his memory gone, his body proves more honest than his brain. He keeps showing up around her, flirting with her by design or by accident, flaunting his eight-pack abs, and showering her with all sorts of favors for no reason. When he learns she has a handsome, accomplished boyfriend, he even asks her in the most pathetic tone, “Can I be your backup boyfriend?” She laughs in disbelief. “I remember Mr. Huo’s least favorite person was his ex-wife.” “Exactly. Don’t worry, I cut ties with my ex-wife ages ago,” he says shamelessly, already looking forward to starting a “second marriage” with her. She only smiles at him in silence. Later, when he discovers that she is the very ex-wife he once despised, he regrets it so much he could kick himself. He carries a washboard to her door, kneels outside, and begs her to come home with him and their child.
