Military Industry: The Hawk Faction Is Too Conservative, So I Create a National Defense Lottery

Lin Xuan transmigrates to the 1990s and binds himself to a military technology System.

With the beginner's gift pack, he gets into Harbin Institute of Technology, one of China's Seven Sons of National Defense, and pursues both a master's and doctoral degree.

But to unlock the System's later features, he has to make ten major proposals and get them adopted.

After making nine major proposals, China's land combat weapons have advanced steadily, and Lin Xuan has naturally become a professor!

But a shortage of defense funding has left the military industry lagging behind.

In response to provocations from the Eagle Country's air force, Lin Xuan proposes a national defense lottery!

He establishes the lottery to raise military funds!

First-prize winners get to take their whole family on a warship patrol at sea! Second-prize winners get to experience a ride in a new fighter jet! Third-prize winners get to visit a military research institute...

Before long, the whole nation is buying lottery tickets, and military funding is suddenly flush!

With the money from the national defense lottery and the power of the military technology System,

Lin Xuan leads China's military industry to leap forward!
