You Were Cast as an Extra, So Why Did You Bring the Character to Life?

Jiang Che, a fragile drifter in Hengdian with an "incurable disease" (terminal laziness) and a whole host of chronic conditions, has only one dream in life: to lie flat on a curb in Hengdian. But neither his body nor his System seems to agree. The unexpectedly activated System, "The Self-Cultivation of a Drama Queen," has become his only lifeline. The System promises that as long as he completes acting assignments, he’ll earn health points and repair his battered body. He thought he could take care of his health while slacking off, then climb straight to the top of life. That is, until the System issued its final notice. [Main Quest: Become a Best Actor.] [Quest Reward: Full restoration of your constitution and a long life of one hundred years.] [Failure Penalty: All chronic illnesses relapse and double in severity on the spot.]
