The Wandering Great Song, Beginning at Yashan

In 1279, the Song loyalists leapt into the sea at Yashan, and their country fell.

For some inexplicable reason, Zhao Bing, who shares his name with the last emperor of the Song, transmigrates to the day before the dynasty's demise.

By then, his country has already fallen, and the Great Song is trapped on an isolated island.

With knowledge from the future, Zhao Bing knows they cannot take on the Yuan head-on. Nor does he want the brutal Mongol rulers to destroy the commercial economy that the Song worked so hard to develop.

To give the 100,000 soldiers and civilians who follow the Great Song a chance to survive, he decides to launch the Wandering Great Song plan: head south across the seas, conquer Annam, colonize Australia...

The day the crown of the Emperor of India rests on the head of the Great Song's emperor will be the day the Wandering Great Song returns.
