In Love with You, Plotting Together Through Time

[Sunny, roguish boy x lovely, sensitive girl] That summer, Meng Xin met the boy she would never forget. She liked him, all their friends knew it, and everyone envied them. “My life used to be like an equation running on schedule, dull and predictable every day. But after you came along, everything changed. Every unknown suddenly had a new answer. Cheng Yu, I like you. I want to write more stories of our youth together.” “But... I don’t like you.” “Still... we can try being together.” Meng Xin thought that if she tried hard enough, Cheng Yu would come to like her. But reality slapped her in the face. The following year, they broke up. After that, Meng Xin hid her feelings in her heart. Everyone thought she had moved on, but only she knew that she simply didn’t want to say it aloud anymore. One day, five years later, Meng Xin met Cheng Yu again. They had both shed the immaturity of youth and gradually grown more mature. Meng Xin thought they would only ever be coworkers from then on, but for some reason, whenever she needed help, he always showed up in time. “Cheng Yu, why are you so good to me? We don’t have any special relationship anymore.” “We’re coworkers. Isn’t it only natural for coworkers to help each other?” Meng Xin couldn’t understand, so in the end, she asked his friend. From him, she learned the reason. It turned out Cheng Yu liked her. She just hadn’t realized it. Luckily, after all their twists and turns, they had found each other again.
