Unrivaled

Lu Yao, who graduated with a master's degree, has been working in the Municipal Government's General Office for six years, and has been suppressed by his leaders for six years. Every year, leaders write in Lu Yao's cadre evaluation: "Insufficient work initiative and execution efficiency needs to be improved" "Lack of communication and coordination skills, barriers to teamwork" "Political acumen is insufficient and policy understanding is biased" "Loose self-requirements and weak sense of progress" Above, the evaluation conclusion: unqualified. During discussions within the department, the leader will add additional comments: "Family background is simple and lacks resource support" "Personality is too straightforward and not suitable for complex positions" "The mass base is average and it is difficult to pass the democratic test" Discussion result: Lu Yao still needs training and his position will not be changed. In fact, these were all made up of nothing. The fundamental reason was that Lu Yao did not embrace the leader's lap. The leader came to him for a heart-to-heart talk: "Xiao Lu, young people all want to make progress, but there are certain paths that will lead to an abyss if you take the wrong path." Lu Yao said: "Su Ke, the road you mentioned is the one you walk on your knees?" "I'm sorry, my knees are a little stiff and I can't kneel down at all!"
