From the Start as Uncle Jiu's Senior Disciple, Even Ghosts Flee at the Sight of Me

Half a bowl of clear water reflects the heavens and earth, one talisman commands ghosts and gods. He strides the Eight Trigrams of Yin and Yang, wooden sword in hand to slay demons. His yellow robe forged a heroic spirit, his life filled with righteousness and clarity. He raises muddy wine above his head, leaving his name in the Eight Trigrams of Yin and Yang. A libation of agarwood and fine wine honors his resolve; his Taoist spirit endures among heaven, earth, and humankind. The land of China still holds his heroic spirit; we weep in reverence for the Taoist. The Five Elements and the cycle of reincarnation heed the gods and ghosts; by the command of the law, so it shall be. Red cords and glutinous rice remain to this day, but the Taoist Lin of old is gone. Congratulations! The Sage Master of the Heavens has gained another disciple! Lin Fan transmigrates by chance into the world of Uncle Jiu and becomes his disciple, awakening a Merit System that lets him accumulate merit by slaying demons and vanquishing evil! From Maoshan's greenest first disciple to an unparalleled Celestial Master who commands the Yin and Yang, watch Lin Fan tread a path of golden merit and forge a legendary legacy in a world overrun by monsters and demons!
