The Time Café

As the global population continues to age, helping older people integrate into society and easing the loneliness and psychological stress brought on by aging have become urgent priorities. Elder care is one of the issues that worries us most, yet we don't know how to solve it. Older people need happiness too, and their lives should be filled with joy. After everything they have been through, their later years should be all the richer for their experience, bringing them insight and happiness.

The Time Cafe is more than just a place to spend money; it is a social space filled with human warmth. Energetic young people lend a hand, while fit and healthy older people put their experience to use and become cafe employees. Their active involvement gives the cafe a vibrant, lived-in atmosphere. Interactions between older and younger people help seniors overcome loneliness and rebuild their connections with society. The Silver-Haired Cafe is more than just a place; it represents a social vision.
