Espionage: I Won Over a Female KMT Spy

Secret Party member Yu Wansheng assumes the identity of Zhang Fugui and arrives in Harbin to carry out underground work. By chance, he meets Kou Yingyan, the action team leader of the Harbin station of the Military Statistics Bureau, who uses her job as a warehouse accountant as cover. After passing a series of tests, Yu Wansheng cleverly infiltrates the bureau. He then uses its manpower, resources, and other assets to make waves in the business world. Taking advantage of his connections with the Japanese and their campaign to promote the unity of the five races and the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, he secures a post at the Harbin Police Department, serving as economic division chief and deputy police chief, among other positions. His wife, Kou Yingyan, joins the military police and rises to deputy captain. Working in close coordination, Wansheng and his wife foil the Japanese forces' repeated attempts to track, surveil, and frame them. They match wits with their opponents time and again, completing one arduous mission after another for the Party.
