Apocalypse Descends: I Asked for a Tattoo, So Why Did You Get Nine Dragons Hauling a Coffin?

The apocalypse arrives. Animals mutate, the uncanny descends, and even figures from mythology appear, intent on destroying the world. Humanity teeters on the brink of extinction. But some people awaken extraordinary powers through the tattoos on their bodies, protecting the last sparks of humanity. They are called Divine Tattoo Bearers! Yang Liangxiao is reborn before the apocalypse begins, back in the days when he was merely the heir to the underground world. At this point, he is mired in despair over his parents’ deaths. The children of the elite bully him like a dog, and the elders think he’s unfit to inherit his position and want to undermine his standing. This directly or indirectly causes the Black Dragon Gang to collapse when the apocalypse arrives, dragging down the many brothers his parents left behind and destroying the foundation that could have allowed him to rise. Reborn, Yang Liangxiao knows what the future holds. He covers himself with all nine forbidden tattoos, thrashes the elite brats at school, wipes out his enemies’ entire families, builds a fortress for the end times, and spends a fortune stockpiling supplies. In this apocalypse, he will rise above the world, command all beneath heaven by day, and sleep in the arms of beauties by night! “Holy crap! Anyone else gets two forbidden tattoos and drops dead on the spot, but you got nine?” “Seriously, man? You’re the heir to the underground world, and you’re really that absurdly hard to kill?” “Boss Liangxiao, I want to have your babies!!” “The tide of history is bearing down upon us. All who wish for Third Master Yang to take the lead and turn the tide, please rise!” Yang Liangxiao stands with his hands behind his back at the peak of the world. Behind him, a sea of people roars with fervor: “We beg the Crown Prince to make our Black Dragon Gang great!” “We beg Third Master Yang to make humanity proud!!”
