The Chubby Little Star of the Sixties Is Blessed with Luck! Her Whole Family Becomes Millionaires

[1960s + Adorable Child + Golden Finger + Everyday Food] Word is the Shen family is about to starve to death! Their youngest girl is on the verge of dying. Dad squats on the threshold, puffing on his dry tobacco pipe. He doesn't even notice the sparks scorching his patched trousers. Mom curls up in the kang's corner, shedding tears, picking at the newspaper covering the bed until it's full of holes. Her two brothers search the mountains for food, stuffing bugs and tree roots into their mouths. The stern old Shen is already pacing by the stove with the family genealogy in hand. “Ancestors, please protect us. It took our old Shen family so much effort just to have three children.” Just as Grandma is about to give her one last filling meal, one-year-old Shen Heman suddenly opens her eyes! The birthmark on her wrist shines like gold, and porridge bubbles up nonstop. Bamboo rats crash into her arms up in the mountains, and fat fish swim right into her basket down by the river! She gets Mom a new job and Grandma money and grain. While the whole commune chews on wild greens and cornmeal buns, the Shen family's courtyard is piled high with pastries! Shen Heman pats her little tummy and giggles. Even in the 1960s, she can make sure her whole family eats their fill every day!
