One Sword from the Evil Lord, Stirring the Storm and Riding into the Guixu

The forbidden land of Guixu, the tomb of emperors: all who enter are doomed to vanish for all eternity. Ten years ago, Chen Xiejun entered Guixu and was imprisoned for a hundred years. His life-soul lamp went out, and the world believed him dead. Ten years later, he walked out of Guixu. With the world in turmoil, his beloved forced into a political marriage, a quasi-emperor pulling strings, an emperor's remains, and the mystery of his origins before him, what would he do? If the world was whole and the imperial throne already occupied, he would shatter the Heavenly Dao with his sword and claim the title of emperor in an age that already had one. If the world was in chaos and time itself had been erased, he would become an immortal with his sword and become the first immortal in a place without immortals. With one sword, the Evil Lord stirred the winds and clouds, rode out of Guixu, buried all his enemies, subdued the world, shattered the Heavenly Dao, and became an immortal.
