Diary of a Woman Psychologist: Root of Evil

“Dr. Shen, do you have a girlfriend?” She showed not the slightest embarrassment, as if she were asking whether he’d eaten today. “...No.” Shen Heng lowered his eyes. He thought she was about to confess her feelings, since he’d heard conversations like this more than once or twice. But Xia Huan pointed at him, swallowed, and pressed her lips together. “Could you undo the top button of your shirt?” “...” “I think your collarbones are beautiful.” “...” “Can I touch them?” She gazed straight at him with eager eyes. “No.” “...Could we talk about it some more?” she asked, trying to seize her chance. Xia Huan was shown the door. The nurse outside shot her a glare. She really wasn’t simply lusting after his good looks. She was obsessed with collarbones, but aside from Ming Qing, everyone around her thought it was perverted. Whenever Xia Huan was around, they’d rather wear turtlenecks in summer than show too much skin. Shen Heng had the kind of collarbones she especially liked: straight, prominent ones that made the neck look long. She liked them so much she wanted to take a bite. A story about a lively, timid heroine who is afraid of the dark and ghosts, and a gentle, considerate surgeon she meets.
