The Great Demon Is Actually a Stunning Beauty

[A bold, unruly demon-slaying heroine × a sickly, delicate flower demon hero who loves pretending to be ill] Yu Suiyin’s courtyard suffered an unforeseen disaster, and all its spirit flowers and herbs withered. Then one headache after another came her way. For two days straight, she went without sleep, repairing the barrier, saving people, and eliminating demons. In the end, she still failed to keep a demon out of human territory. With no choice, she set off with her life-bound sword to slay demons and defend the righteous within human lands. That flower demon just had to cling to her, staring straight at her with eyes full of enticement. “Didn’t Second Miss Yu say I’m a good demon?” Yu Suiyin: I can’t resist him. I really can’t resist him. He seemed to know exactly how to handle her. He coughed every three steps and collapsed every five, making Yu Suiyin worry herself sick. She indulged his every whim. One day, an admirer came to call. Every time she said a word to the man, the flower demon coughed. The more he coughed, the worse it got. He acted as if he’d die of illness right in front of her if she dared accept the man’s proposal. She hurriedly shook her head at her visitor. “I like him, not you.” At once, the coughing finally stopped. After that day, however, her admirer went out of his way to avoid her. It was a long time before she learned that, that very night, the flower demon had slipped out under cover of darkness and given the admirer a thorough beating. Rumor had it she’d brought along a sickly burden who only held her back. Little did anyone know that the sickly man was the blade in her hand.
