Ying Yuwei is the sole heir to the ninety-ninth generation of Celestial Masters, but nobody believes that a young girl like her could really be an expert in the occult. They all think she's a fraud. Only after Ying Yuwei pins an evil spirit down with one leg, strikes zombies with lightning, and carries around a little ghost made from a corpse do they realize that the girl before them is the real deal. So they cling to her and beg, “Master, save us!” “Martial Aunt, the zombie's about to bite my butt! Help!” Ying Yuwei sends a bolt of lightning their way and says, “If you're bad at it, practice more.” Meanwhile, Ying Yuwei also gains a genuinely devoted puppy. An Yu: “Master Ying, please take me with you! I'm rich! I'll be your bag-carrying sidekick!” Ying Yuwei: “It's not like I want to! He just offered too much!” As they spend time together, An Yu falls for Ying Yuwei, but she doesn't catch on. It's like he's batting his eyes at a blind woman. A Celestial Master girl who makes you feel completely safe vs. a loyal puppy-like guy
