The Joys of Spring

Yang Lele, still wearing the clothes she had on, is horrified to discover that she has become more than ten years younger. With fair, tender skin and the bloom of youth, she then finds one unexpected event after another unfolding. Not only has she landed in ancient times, but she is also in a world where women are vastly outnumbered by men. Treated like a national treasure, she finds it incredibly hard to adjust.

In this world of male superiority and female inferiority, the brutal five-to-one ratio of men to women has given women an extraordinary status.
