The Nine Yin Beauty Portrait

A beauty portrait: drain the flesh and blood of nine women, grind them into powder, and infuse their souls into the painting. Then the nine beauties can live on forever.

Yang at its extreme gives way to yin, and yin at its extreme gives way to yang. Grandpa said I was born with a Nine-Yang fate, and that if I wanted to survive, I needed a woman by my side.

Every two years, an unparalleled beauty would come to our home. She would eat and live with me, never leaving my side.

Two years later, she would mysteriously disappear, and another graceful figure would appear in the beauty portrait at home.

When I was eighteen, because of one woman, I learned the cruel truth behind the beauty portrait.

And so I was drawn into a mysterious, strange, and bizarre whirlpool.
