Youth Ablaze by the Yerqiang River

Fusheng, a university student studying far away in Shanghu, suddenly returns to his hometown. Defying his family's objections, he goes back to the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and heads into the fields, taking the initiative to lead university students in the Three Rural Areas program along the Yerqiang River. They take part in military training and work together, improving local farming conditions and agricultural machinery while making the most of their talents. They turn deserts into oases and wasteland into fertile fields. Growing every step of the way, they burn with youthful passion and devote themselves to the frontier.
