The Returning Guest on the Cloud Boat

Hanzhou: She is a victim of the feuds of the martial world, raised by her parents’ enemies. She grew up following Xiao Yun and Eqi as they traveled the martial world, and saw quite a lot along the way. Then disaster struck: Xiao Yun and Eqi were forced to flee... She took a fragment of a mute whistle and set out to find her family. As soon as she arrives in the capital, she gets caught up watching a commotion and brings down a deadly threat on herself. An arrow pierces her chest, and she is alone in a cloud of poison. Before she can find her parents, is her life really going to end here...? Fuyun: She was once a young lady of the Gong family, as well as the personal disciple of the Island Master of Yaoli Island. But a great fire destroyed everything she had. The court covered up the truth and hastily closed the fire case. She refuses to let it go: she will uncover the mastermind and find the culprit, to avenge her parents, her brother, and the more than a hundred lives lost from the Gong family! By a twist of fate, she enters the imperial palace and discovers that the emperor is suffering from a strange illness. Even so, she nearly dies at his hands. To save her own life, she has no choice but to strike a “blood hairpin pact” with the emperor under the pretext of treating him. Thus she enters the martial world, in search of a medicinal catalyst and the truth. The martial world: There are four major organizations in the martial world: Thousand Shadows Tower, Black Tiger Hall, White Feather Pavilion, and Red Sun Valley. A conspiracy from years ago comes to light, and the four organizations are caught in a brewing storm, all vying for one object. Mermaid’s Tears, the Paper Bridegroom, the Rage-Claiming Gu, the Faithless Lover... So many past events come to light, only to end in sorrowful sighs.
