Roses Against the Current

The gorgeous ballet dancer, Little Rose, VS the scheming composer, Big Bad Wolf An Wei has been forced by her mother, Lin Fan, to study ballet since childhood. Her mother pushes her step by step toward joining the Mingqiu Ballet Company, so she can beat the person who once bested her. Crushed by her mother’s controlling nature, An Wei’s mind becomes twisted. Even after her mother’s death, she still cannot escape the nightmares her mother left behind. Then one day, she meets Lu Yu. Someone else trapped by the abyss, just like her. That day, An Wei stands in an empty corridor and says to Lu Yu, “I can help you investigate those dark, sordid affairs.” Lu Yu narrows his eyes, his expression unreadable. “What do you want?” “I want to join Mingba and find someone.”
