Falling in Love with Old Shanghai

When I was old enough to remember, I only knew that my mother was very beautiful, wore a beautiful cheongsam and good makeup, and hung out with these gentle and elegant uncles. Every day, different uncles would take their mother out to play, and sometimes her mother would take them to a small mansion to spend the night. I hate them because they spend the night here in the small mansion and I can't sleep with my mother. Those uncles always forced me to call them dad. If I didn't, my mother would always lose her temper. She was crying while beating me, and finally burst into tears directly in front of me. She told me to let her go and give her a way to live, but I didn't understand what she meant. Now I understand, because my mother is also a dancer. She wants to become a good person and find someone to marry, but because of me, she has been unable to do so.
