Little Sixth Treasure of the Farm: Digging for Treasure and Thriving on the Run from Famine

A delightful blend of cute, hilarious, passionate, and moving.

Pure devotion and a faithful couple.

Synopsis 1: As natural disasters, man-made calamities, and barbarian invaders descend, the Ye family flees famine along with the villagers. Their wicked grandmother comes up with the evil idea of selling her own granddaughter for five catties of coarse grain. A dry thunderclap splits the sky, and the adorable baby is reborn. Her widowed mother ruthlessly splits the family apart, and Sixth Sister becomes Sixth Treasure.

They think life will only get harder, but who could have guessed that whenever naive Sixth Treasure opens her mouth, something good happens? She even finds herself a father.

Starving and freezing on the road? Not a chance! Pheasants fly straight into their arms, a cauliflower snake passes out right in front of them, and edible wild greens grow in patches. She has a pair of discerning eyes and a boost of good luck. And everything belongs to Sixth Treasure! Her wicked grandmother and the others can smell it but can't get a bite. Any villain trying to take advantage of them will meet with misfortune! Hmph!

Just when the whole family is finally together, her father breaks his leg. Everyone writes off Sixth Treasure's new life, but who could have guessed that her stepfather would recover in just a few days? Hunting and building a house are easy for him. Her mother, now well-fed, becomes gentle instead of going mad. The family keeps prospering, leaving the whole village green with envy.

With good fortune in hand, the whole world is hers! They have grain stored away, and can sell the extra for money. She helps good people and makes the bad ones drool with envy. After settling down, she even accidentally makes a fortune and becomes a little landowner!

The first time I meet this handsome boy, who's more beautiful than anyone in a painting, he calls me a little beggar. Hmph! Sixth Treasure will teach you what it means to carry a bucket and follow the rules.
