It's really good. I've been reading novels for about ten years. This book is really good. Everyone has their own hobbies. Anyway, I thought it was pretty good after reading it.
The subject matter and background are quite good, and it started well. Later, I felt that it was off topic, and the subject matter and background were wasted. Some of the battles were written in detail, and some were mentioned one after another. The key point was to bring back the story of Anxi. I only wrote two chapters when the book was almost finished, but not the one about destroying the Japanese. Some battle descriptions or analyzes are repeated over and over again, making them boring. Li Shidao's rebels were easily destroyed after preparing for so long on the territory of the Tang Dynasty. Then he went to Japan with hundreds of people to bring more improvised Japanese pirates, which was illogical. It is also illogical for those multi-ethnic motley crews to be able to compete with the Forbidden Army who have advantages in weapons, equipment, tactics and discipline within a few months of training. Before the Tibetan siege of Chang'an was resolved, it was unreasonable for the emperor to go out and conquer personally. There are also many typos, and missing words are confusing.
Although the author has many loopholes, but overall it is pretty good, especially when I saw Anxi getting support in Chapter 249, I really shed tears.
I can't stand it anymore. This is not material for a novel at all. The whole article is written as an expository essay. The whole chapter is just to explain one or a few things. The novel is a narrative rather than an expository text.
Hydrology! Describe! Simile! Feelings! Too many, the word count accounts for 80% of this article, bad word choice, pig's feet are invincible, weak physical strength can't be beaten, stubborn, except for the memories of past lives, he is just a reckless man, bad review!
Don't understand military affairs
What's wrong with me now? I keep saying the same thing over and over again. "In fact... Actually... And... However... In other words... Of course..." Just tell the story of the first 500 years and the next 500 years in this way. After one chapter, the plot has not progressed much, and the word count is exhausted. It makes me feel uncomfortable listening to it. If the plot you add is required by the plot, it only means that the author's plot arrangement is unreasonable and he can only forcefully supplement the settings in this way. However, if there are more unnecessary background supplements, it will appear that the word count is deliberately low.
