Medical Cutting-Edge Technology

China's medical device market exceeded 600 billion yuan in 2019, making it the world's third-largest. Yet more than three quarters of the market was monopolized by imported products, and over 80 percent of high-end medical devices relied on imports.

For domestic medical device companies, the challenge is clear: despite a massive market, their products are "impossible to sell."

Just as homegrown medical devices were struggling to break through, Chen Chang'an inherited his father's company, built over half a lifetime of hard work, and got his hands on an unknown package of medical technology.

What should he do?

(Second Version)

Chen Chang'an's father used to say:

"There is nothing simple about medical devices!"

Even a tiny suture thread takes surprisingly complex craftsmanship to make!

Chen Chang'an starts with an absorbable collagen suture, then moves on to ventilators, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, pacemakers... and even MRI scanners, large X-ray machines, CT scanners, and PET-CT scanners!

He even develops medical robots, implantable prostheses, induced pluripotent stem cells, autologous cloning chambers, organ-transplant life-support devices, artificial eyeballs, and the maintenance and repair of multifunctional prostheses, all far beyond the technology of his era...

Years later, looking back, he realizes he has quietly reached the pinnacle of medical technology on Earth and ushered in the cyberpunk age!
