Hedges of the Mortal World

Between mountains and rivers, all I seek is to meet you! In an ordinary world, we are nothing more than ordinary grains of sand. Every encounter is a step forward, carried along by the tide. We can survive only by going with the flow. We must keep adapting and moving forward, or society will leave us behind. Set against the bright backdrop of reform and opening up, this is the story of how the ordinary Chen Ziang siblings strive for a better life. See how a generation of young people works to change along with the times. This is one person's life journey, and a footprint left by an era's development. Share in their joys, sorrows, love, and longing. Witness the entanglements of love and hate. There is painful, heart-wrenching romance, and there is joyful sweetness. There is reflection on responsibility, and the courage to stand by one's principles.
