Empress Chu (Original Novel for the TV Adaptation Starring Chen Duling and Zhou Yiran)

It's rare to see a good rebirth article that makes people like it: there is no omnipotence, there is no smooth sailing, there are some small blessings in adversity, but most of them are their efforts and struggles. The heroine is very admirable. No matter how difficult or beautiful the situation is, she is neither inferior nor arrogant. She can take advantage of trade-offs while still keeping her original intention, which is rare in the world. The male protagonist also had to bear a lot, and it was not easy along the way. The relationship with the female protagonist came naturally, and fortunately, everyone was happy in the end. The characters in the author's works are full of flesh and blood, plump and real. There are so many things in this world that are either black or white, so gray is the main color. So even the villains here have a lot of facets to them, which is a great addition.

❤️ The first book and book review at the beginning of 2024 is "The Queen of Chu" by Xi Xing... With the breath of the New Year and the atmosphere of the festival, I couldn't put it down and finished reading this beautiful article! The passion to write something for it bursts out again and again, but I can't suppress my anxiety: I'm afraid that I won't be able to express my love for this article! I am afraid that my talent and knowledge will be insufficient and I will not be able to cover the author's fans! I was afraid that my words and ink would not be able to describe the richness and characteristics of the male and female protagonists and many characters... However, despite being so shy, I finally put my heart and soul into the words of the book review... It can be said that this is a beautiful article full of sunshine and healing power! It is also a masterpiece that firmly controls the readers' emotions! The author hope Xing is a great talent👍. Whether it is in terms of writing style, plot, structure, character setting, psychological portrayal and detailed description, he has firmly captured the hearts of readers! The plot has ups and downs, and the plot conflicts are intertwined. The writing and ink are even more hearty, especially the war scenes, which are majestic, exciting and soul-stirring, making readers feel excited. And when describing family relationships such as father's kindness and daughter's filial piety, fellow soldiers in the military camp and the inner life of aristocratic families, the writing is equally vivid, delicate and soft... Paragraphs and lines of text are like drumsticks beating the readers' hearts, making readers happily follow the text. The heroine Chu Zhao is simply the embodiment of all good things! She is wise, resourceful, optimistic, sunny, perseverant, proud, sassy... She is simply a perfect life form! Readers lament that she lives in a state of life where "she can dance with the wind on windy days, and can hold an umbrella for herself and even more people when it rains." While intrigues, plots, conspiracies, and intrigues filled the court, she also manipulated people's hearts in a scheming, lovely and bright way, so that the powerful officials and the children of aristocratic families were slowly infected by her and became fans and subdued by her... And what she kept in her heart was always the rogue and shrewd Ah Jiu (Xie Yanlai) whom she first met at the inn... The male protagonist Xie Yanlai (Ah Jiu), how would you describe him? ——Bad? A naughty one? Extremely clever? Handsome and domineering? Unrivaled in martial arts? ... It's not even comprehensive! However, Ah Jiu, who is as thoughtful as a sieve, has achieved Ah Zhao's wishes and goals time and time again, and protected Ah Zhao from danger time and time again! Xie Yanfang, Ah Jiu's third brother, the head and talker of the Xie family, is also a power player in the court and in the world. I must use more words to describe him! A handsome young man with a bright face, a deep mind, and extraordinary courage. There is nothing he can't do but what he wants to do. The heroine Azhao has the same ability, the same thoughts, and the same scheming. These two people with such courage must cherish each other and attract each other! However, he left with regrets because of selfish selfishness... But his actions of planning everything for the heroine and doing his best to remove obstacles and pave the way deeply touched the hearts of readers! Such a person, who has done so much for the heroine and spent so much effort, should be the hero of another story... We must also mention Deng Yi, the powerful minister who rose to great heights: a lonely minister who was ordered to do something when the royal family was in crisis, and became a tutor who was inferior to one person but superior to ten thousand people. He battled wits and courage with the heroine and the Xie family in the turbulent court, and engaged in a three-party game in private at the peaks and valleys... In the end, he was infected by the heroine, pulled into the same camp, and achieved his lifelong ambition. General Chu Ling, the father of the heroine, although he does not have many roles, the author gave him a strong description. He is a majestic hero with a father's love like a mountain. He dotes on and protects his beloved daughter. He served the people and the country all his life as a soldier and guarded the border. He was loyal and courageous to protect his family and country. His final destination after a long death on the battlefield is the best compliment to him... In addition, the little emperor, Vice General Zhong, the King of Zhongshan, the prince of Zhongshan Xiao Xun, Kapok Hong, and even the maids Ale Xiaoshan, Xiaoman, Long Weijun Laobai who hides his identity, the bricklayer, the bandit Ding Dachui and other characters are all created by the author to be full-bodied, three-dimensional and vivid. Even the bad guys are not so vicious and sinister, making readers unable to hate them~ All in all, this is an unforgettable and unforgettable masterpiece! Go into the trap, don't regret it! Compare your heart🫰🫶🏻❤️

The writing style is not very good. It was a little attractive at the beginning, but after more than 20 chapters, it became very boring. The writing style is very boring, and the description is rather slow. I only recounted what happened in the heroine's previous life several times. This rating is a bit watery.

It's rare for a book with both male and female protagonists to be resourceful. The narrative is concise, the plot is relaxed, and the plot is large. The plot is well written and worth reading.

This book looks decent at first glance, but the plot doesn't stand up to scrutiny at all, and the plot progression is very unreasonable. A common problem with novels of this level is that the plot is not driven by characters or events, but by whatever the author wants it to produce, which results in readers having a lump in their throats while reading, and feeling awkward that it would be better not to read at all. Even reading some sweet, sweet stories without incident is more worthy of their own IQ than reading these articles.

A very nice book, a story that opens the door, what to live for, losing is not terrible, giving up without effort is terrible and sad, especially Chuyuan Wenhui, if you are fragrant, you will be a flower, and you will be everyone's light and everyone's electricity. There is no love, everyone is engaged in career, but the pattern is different. As expected, Persimmon was picked on, time and time again, so funny, it was all because of his father who paved the way in his previous life. Chu Tang knows people well and can make good use of them. He is not afraid of calculations. He can handle them and is a helper. Especially his parents, who are really risking their lives to act and become a shining moral model in life. Ah Jiu, because of the family, tool people, and those who don't play by the rules are the brightest stars. Xie San and Deng Yi have no bottom line, no country, and it is not a pity to die, especially Xie Lang. In the old days, the king of Xietang Qianyan flew into the homes of ordinary people, and they could not afford them. They were black widows. Yu'er, if you let go of your hand, you won't be able to hold it again, white-eyed wolf. It's been a long time since I've seen an author who is so good at telling stories and has such sentiments. I have to beat the big drum for you. I've given you the ticket. I look forward to a masterpiece.

After reading so many rebirth books, this one is my favorite. Whether it's from the characters to the storyline, it's not a conventional rebirth novel. It's full of twists and turns and makes your heart surge. All the characters are brilliantly created. It gets better as you get to the end, (unlike many articles that look good at the beginning but can't stand it later) I recommend you must read it.

How does a reborn queen get rid of the evil destiny and still live as she pleases for her future, with no righteousness for family and country, no deep love between brothers and sisters, but the awesome people of Glass, who regard the world as their chess and all living beings as chess pieces, live their lives wantonly, raise the banner of justice, set off huge waves, and ignore how many ordinary people are drowned by the wind and waves. It can be classified as a refreshing article. Of course, it cannot be studied in detail. It is just so-so.

I read it carefully during the Chinese New Year. Love the storyline. Everything the two of them did was silently guarding each other and giving everything they had to each other. A love that flows like a steady stream.

The plot is procrastinating and the writing is mediocre, yet it's rated so high.
