Reborn in the City: The Immortal Emperor Descends

It turned out that Cheng Tian had been the Great Emperor Qiongxia of the Immortal Realm, foremost among the Seven Immortal Emperors and immensely powerful. Just as he was about to face the tribulation that would break through his Immortal Emperor cultivation and elevate him to Immortal Venerable, the other six Immortal Emperors suddenly joined forces against him. They turned the captain of Cheng Tian’s guards against him and discovered where he was undergoing his tribulation. After a fierce battle, the six Immortal Emperors shattered Cheng Tian’s body, though they too were gravely wounded. The Azure Sky Immortal Emperor was even struck by Cheng Tian’s final thunderous blow, which pulverized his body. The soul of the Great Emperor Qiongxia, whose body had been destroyed, was reborn in the body of Cheng Tian, a down-and-out young master on Earth.
