Transmigrating to the 1980S: Getting Rich With a Single Wok

Xie Jin wakes up to find herself transformed into an ugly woman in the 1980s, and from the start, she’s caught in bed with a man? She’s up against parents who favor sons over daughters, a reputation hanging by a thread, and a cousin who is eyeing her hungrily. Without hesitation, Xie Jin chooses to marry the man she was caught with. The villagers laugh at her foolishness and wait for a show, only to get a spectacular taste of their own medicine. With nothing but a wok, Xie Jin raises three children and makes their lives better and better, eventually building a nationwide restaurant chain! Then one night, the man pins her down and complains, “I gave you all my money. Is it really so much to ask you to spend more time with me?” Gazing at his sun-kissed chest and abs, Xie Jin swallows and nods enthusiastically. Who could resist a rugged man?
