To Save Lives, I Keep Leaping Between the Past and the Present

A person’s life is always full of regrets, but they often can’t be made right. All of Zhang Cheng’an’s regrets were about her. After her boyfriend, Jiang Yizhou, died while saving someone, Yu Tong unexpectedly became reborn during the summer after graduating from high school. She also saw her late friend, Zhang Cheng’an. She believed this might be a chance granted by heaven: not only to see the people most important to her again, but also to save them both. Later, Yu Tong moved back and forth between the present and the past. Zhang Cheng’an’s regrets were gradually resolved, and she came closer to the truth. He really was the best Zhang Cheng’an. A knot lay buried in their hearts. He chose to hold back and endure in silence, while she chose to look the other way. So after their paths crossed, they drifted apart again. Not until Yu Tong returned to the past did their two timelines begin to converge once more.
