Genshin Impact: Saving Teyvat, Starting With the Archon War

Li Xin transmigrates to Teyvat during the Archon War, three thousand years ago, bringing the rune Grasp of the Undying with him.

He discovers that the other keystone runes have also arrived in this world. To keep the World Runes from destroying it, the responsible young man is forced to become Teyvat’s Ryze and gather them all.

“An Archon’s body is tough? It’s just fuel for Grasp of the Undying.”

“Raiden Shogun? Let’s see how you measure up to my Electrocute rune.”

“You like using elemental powers? I’ll just summon a ten-thousand-meter meteor!”

This year, he fights shoulder to shoulder with Morax to protect Liyue;

This year, he lives with the Raiden sisters to protect Inazuma;

This year, he travels through the howling winds with Barbatos to save Mondstadt;

He battles Archons atop Qingyun Peak, fights Orobashi in the sea, tears apart the Wall of Burning Wind that has imprisoned Mondstadt for centuries, and beats the Anemo Archon Decarabian to death with his bare fists...

At last, the Heavenly Principles appear before him, carrying the Nails of Divine Punishment, and say, “Li Xin, your power is far too great.”
