Fruit Sugar Is a Little Tart

[A sweet, adorable foodie junior girl × a warm-hearted guy who radiates sunshine]

“Who knew a Cornetto would bring us together? Our beginning was kind of adorable.”

“Thanks for the candy when we met the second time. It was so sweet. I hope your life will be sweet in every way from now on.”

-

“When are we going to feed the cats?”

“I’ll go with you. Otherwise, I’m afraid you’ll get lost.”

“Lu Jin, you’re the most beautiful thing that’s ever happened to me.”

They say everyone has someone in their youth they can only hope to meet. Now that I’ve met you, I hope you’re someone I can meet again and again.

“Meeting you was just right. Not too much, not too little. Everything was just right.”

-

“When she says her name, the corners of his mouth rise without him even noticing.”

I think I’m really done for. No one has ever made me happy just by having a name.

-

“I’ll explain every misunderstanding to you myself.”

If you can’t turn down flirtation, you’ll be the one who gets rejected. I want you to know I’ve never flirted with anyone else.

-

“I don’t like girls sitting behind me, but I like having you close.”

You’re the exception, the one I favor, the person I’ll protect for the rest of my life.
