Wherever there are people, there is a world of intrigue.

And wherever there is a world of intrigue, legends are sure to be sung again and again.

In this world, there is the Great Luo Martial God, who commands the thunder and lightning of the ten directions yet imprisons himself in Luoyang; the White-Robed War Immortal, who regards armies of thousands as nothing and can stand against a hundred thousand soldiers alone; the Lord of the Zhenwu Hall, hailed as the supreme warrior under heaven, who treads upon the Black Tortoise and Serpent; and the peerless beauty who has ridden dragons for a thousand years and is invincible in the mortal realm.

In the first year of the Tiance era, a young man from Youzhou who had only ever wanted to be an ordinary musician rode alone for a thousand miles. In a blue robe and bamboo hat, he entered Chang'an.

And so a new legend begins!
