The Way of Pastry

A true Chinese pastry chef is one of the most unassuming and composed people in the world.

They wear no adornments, just a spotless white uniform,

and with the cleanest hands, make beautiful food that can light up the human soul.

"If you ask why I love making pastries, I would say that I love my home. I love the flavors of home and the traditions we share. There is so much love like that in Chinese pastries, and I want to pass it all down, so it will never be lost or forgotten, but carried on and on, forever."
