Meet the Yangtze River

The Yangtze River is very long, running through the land of China and China. Together with the Yellow River, it is called the "Mother River". Tens of thousands of species and billions of creatures live in this mighty river, which together form a water source that has nourished China for thousands of years. The villagers of Xingwang Village have lived on the banks of the Yangtze River for generations, and Lao Jiang is a member of the village. When he was young, Lao Jiang could still see "River Pigs" from time to time, but as he got older, the finless porpoises commonly known as "River Pigs" gradually disappeared, which made Lao Jiang, who had been fishing all his life, feel vigilant in his heart. After many investigations and diligent pursuits, he suddenly discovered that humans, represented by himself, were actually the reason why the finless porpoise population was becoming increasingly rare. In order to rejuvenate the spirit of the Yangtze River and protect the smiling angel of the Yangtze River, Lao Jiang followed his son Xiaojiang's path of protecting the natural ecology of the Yangtze River without hesitation, and devoted the rest of his life to the surging river where his ancestors had lived for generations.
