Ascension Begins with Going Viral in Showbiz

[Mutually devoted] + [A sometimes goofy Chinese parasol tree spirit vs. a jealous, reincarnated domineering CEO]

The Chinese parasol tree spirit, whose only wish is to ascend to immortality, finds herself in the body of Wen Nai, a member of a flop group who rose to fame through a sugar daddy.

From the start, her sugar daddy's ideal woman returns to the country, her resources are stolen, and her antis are rampant.

In response, Wen Nai silently shows off her tree spirit's knack for prediction:

"Water overcomes fate. Stay away from deep water."

The ideal woman ignores her and nearly drowns. Everyone says, "Coincidence!"

"The five senses are connected to fire. There will be a fire within three days, so stay away from flames."

A female star doesn't believe her and is injured in a fire. Everyone says, "A-an accident!"

"Earth buries the living. Don't go near construction sites for the next few days."

A newly top-tier celebrity attends a ribbon-cutting ceremony and falls into a pit. Everyone cries, "Master! Spare my life!"

"Repost this tree spirit, and good luck will come your way within seven days."

One anti reposts it to face-slap her, and the next day they receive news that their home is being demolished. The entertainment industry erupts!

Her former sugar daddy begs and pleads for forgiveness.

The antis all become fans, one after another, and beg her not to leave showbiz.

Wen Nai helplessly explains that she really only wants to ascend to immortality.

But the mysterious big shot thinks about nothing but dragging her down from her divine pedestal to show off their romance every day: "Be good. Immortals aren't allowed to date."
