Daming Changge

Li Tong, Liu Ying, Zhang Shouyi, Liu Jiye, Chang Haoran and other Nanjing Imperial College students stayed in Nanjing doing nothing every day. I thought I would eat like a pig and wait to die, but unexpectedly news came from Liaodong that Japan had invaded North Korea and intended to annex the Ming Dynasty. From the emperor to the officials of the government and the public, no one believed the cry of the North Korean envoy. However, young men such as Li Tong, Chang Haoran, and Zhang Shouyi believed that joining the army to kill the enemy was their only chance in this life to stop being pigs. The young people resolutely embarked on the journey. They grew up rapidly and won their own love.
