After transmigrating, she finds herself a discarded concubine in the imperial harem, suffering from a serious illness and saddled with a terrible reputation. Luckily, she knows all the tricks from TV dramas and the ins and outs of every kind of novel. With her wits and people skills fully intact, what's there to fear about fighting for the emperor's favor? Bring it on! Let's make each other's lives miserable! The emperor has an eye for talent: “My beloved consort is so clever that dealing with these dim-witted women in the harem is a piece of cake. I don't even need to lift a finger.” Of course! As long as you don't bother me, I'll be perfectly happy on my own! But after she regains the emperor's favor, he says, “I heard someone's incense was bothering you. Are you all right, my beloved? The sun is so strong today. Don't go outside and get tanned. I'll come to you myself...” Smack, smack, smack! What a slap in the face. Turns out, it feels great!
