Above the Gods

I inherited the flame of humanity's legendary heroes,

and wield the sword that slays evil, gods, and demons.

After the Divine Revelation, the gods descended. China, vast and rich yet without any gods to protect it, became the foremost target of the foreign gods.

Li Shangyan fought the gods to avenge his parents, but died when his inheritance proved incomplete. Fortunately, the undying flame protected him and sent him back to before the Divine Revelation.

This time, he'll first quell the internal turmoil and complete his inheritance. Then, wielding the power of China's fallen heroes, he'll ally with distant powers to attack nearby enemies: using words to sow discord among the gods, and his sword to slay them in battle.

This time, he swears to keep the foreign gods beyond China's borders!
