Reborn in the 1980s: No More Playing the Saint

There are no plots in most rebirth novels where there are all kinds of top-notch products and countless golden fingers making money along the way. It may be said to be dull, but the storyline is more in line with reality. The bad guys all have their retribution, and the good guys all have a good ending. But I still have regrets. I regret that Wei Gan is not brave and regrets that he is timid. He always asked her to call him brother and surrounded her, but it was not until a long time ago that he realized that he liked the person he gave up for his brother and his family. But the words he whispered in her ear when she got married were the point where I burst into tears throughout the entire article. Maybe people really should have regrets. In the end, what touched me the most was the heroine's attitude towards her father. Maybe she was not in his position and didn't realize his pain. Although I was heartbroken when I saw what her father did, and I was so angry that I wanted to curse. But when I saw him living in such a miserable life and living a positive life, I softened my heart. Maybe I am more like the character of the heroine's brother. Maybe there is hatred, but I still feel sad when I see him really not having a good life. All in all, it's a good article. It's also one of the rare novels that I don't abandon halfway through. It's my first such long review. Personal feelings. If you don't like it, don't comment.

I was originally a tourist, but it was too troublesome to log in so I didn't want to comment. I just read some of the comments below and thought some people might miss this book, so I decided to write down my feelings. The author's description of emotions is really delicate. The heroine struggled all her life in her previous life, but in the end she was rejected by her scumbag father and scumbag stepmother and had all her property donated when she died. What she regrets is not only her family, but also the fate of those around her. So she is strong, but she also has the weakness of her grandparents. She is not a virgin at all. She can be filial, but she will not disregard her principles. The rebirth novels I read in the past often gave me the feeling that the protagonist had a golden finger, easily gained good luck, became a senior executive, and met fair, beautiful, rich and handsome people. But this one is really dull. The heroine knows the importance of struggle, sells tofu, opens a restaurant, and grows bigger bit by bit. Then study while working on your career. Her aura was brought to her by herself. It also made me deeply feel that being young is not a reason not to work hard. I am not a genius and I can do something with hard work. It has largely cured me of the age-bashing I received from other novels. I will no longer be frustrated because I can't do something, because I know that I just haven't learned it, and I no longer expect that I am a genius who can just touch it. In terms of love, I personally think it is very reasonable for the female protagonist and the male protagonist to be together. Marrying someone is not only about marrying him as a person, but also about marrying his family. The Wei family is almost in a mess. Although Wei Gan has intentions, he is not ready to give everything to the heroine. His decision will still be interfered by his father. And his hesitation and determination are all factors. The heroine's family affects the heroine. She wants a sense of security, desperate pursuit, warmth, and timely love, but Wei Gan missed it perfectly. In addition, when the heroine died in the previous life, she was about the same age as the hero. It is said that there is an age difference, but in fact, the two are just right, which is very good. This is how I feel. The heroine is not the Virgin, she is just cruel when she should be cruel and soft when she should be soft. It's not that they can't stand it, it's just that some people are impatient. Recommended, above.

I have read this novel three times. It is the best book I have ever read. The content is not laggy, and the retribution the bad guys get is really satisfying. The most touching and sentimental thing in the novel is Wei Gan's confession in the ear when the heroine got married. I burst into tears instantly. The heroine's fate is really the best arrangement. The author really writes it well. I look forward to making it into a TV series. I support you.

I gave up after reading that the heroine and Gu Jun were together, and I thought about persisting to finish reading, but I really support the heroine and Wei Gan... I really can't stand it... If it is because the heroine is no longer young in grade after being reborn... But she is obviously older than the two male protagonists... And if you are mature in thinking, you should be more mature and decisive in dealing with your family (especially grandparents)... While emphasizing that before rebirth What a miserable life (when concentrating on career), while caring about the feelings of grandparents and giving in again and again... It's untenable... As for Wei Gan's family reasons... If the author wanted to, he could write more about the heroine's conquest history, and Wei Gan's character... In order to pave the way for Gu Jun... He wrote how good he was to the heroine... And at the same time said that he gave up the heroine because of friendship??? If you really like it, can you still care about this??? I really have a black question mark. Then I obviously saw Wei asking Gu if he liked the heroine... Gu denied it... After a few chapters... He started to confess,,, I tf??? Let's talk about some things about grandparents... Maybe I am born cold-blooded, or I have a clear distinction between novels and reality. I hope the author can make the heroine more cold-blooded and not worry about the cool story of grandma love. Secondly, in the palindrome, from the feelings towards her grandparents, it can be seen that the heroine is cold on the surface, but in fact she values feelings. At least the author expressed it to me, and I can see this kind of character,,, but for Wei Gan?? Although they are not together, they can be considered lovelorn... The relationship line with Gu makes me feel... Untenable again. So now, I really sympathize with Wei Gan, because of the so-called brother, because of the so-called family... So Wei Gan is the tragic heroine... 😭 This review is somewhat based on my own feelings, maybe I am more active in daily life... Anyway, I feel that it is really a pity that we did not get together in the end because of these nonsense reasons... Maybe the author thinks Gu Jun is more suitable than Wei Gan for getting married and soothing the heroine's young heart... But I want to say that Brother Gan is really not bad. He is a tough guy of 1.8 Meters, but he is shy towards the heroine. After marriage, he is definitely no worse than Gu Jun towards the heroine... And I really don't see any emotional drama between Gu and the heroine... Haven't they always been the kind of business partners... Like-minded...??? A long stream of water??? Let's talk about the mentality... The heroine is a somewhat compassionate middle-aged woman in her thirties and forties... But there has been no shortage of big sisters captured by hot-blooded teenagers since ancient times... I think that just because the heroine has experienced the pain, a sincere heart like Wei's is needed to cover up the heat and move her. Alas, reading this is full of regrets. But one thing to say, I really admire the author's realistic depiction of rural life. The sense of immersion is so strong that I'm already plowing the fields.

The content is not on point, the heroine is so weak that she becomes more and more irritated the more I watch, and she even says she is not a virgin.

Qiao Zhiliang was the person who gave Yu Xiling some warmth in her previous life, and Wei Gan was the white moonlight in Yu Xiling's heart, but I think Gu Jun is the one who understands her best and is the most suitable for her. Gu Jun is mature, steady and strong, and can be relied upon by the equally powerful Yu Xiling. He can be said to be the best match for Yu Xiling. I was very happy to see them falling in love and getting married. In fact, I thought they would be together from the chapter where I saw Gu Jun appeared. As for being soft-hearted, older people (Yu Xiling was in her thirties or forties in her previous life) will indeed be kinder to their relatives. People are capable of empathy. Her grandparents were very kind to her when she was a child, and her feelings are fluid. Therefore, Yu Xiling has become estranged from her grandma and is no longer close to her, and she cannot ignore her. This is understandable. Also, Yu Xiling did not show mercy to the culprits, Ye Tingfang and her daughter, so she cannot be called the Holy Mother. It is indeed a bit regretful that Wei Gan did not get together with Yu Xiling, but can everything go smoothly in this life without regrets? Will your first love definitely lead to marriage? And I think Wei Gan is not suitable for Yu Xiling. He is not mentally mature enough and strong enough. His family situation is like a turbulent undercurrent under the calm water, so I don't see that sense of security in him. You may want to be with him when you get emotional at first, but when you calm down and think about it, Gu Jun is more suitable.

It's a disgusting book. The heroine is obviously a virgin, okay? Also, it was mentioned many times in the book that reading is useless. I was really speechless. Is it because the author is old and has never read a book before, so he has so much resentment?

Wei Gan, Wei Gan, you are really mad at me. It makes me feel aggrieved and uncomfortable! Stop calling Wei Gan, you should call Wei Cang! I was so angry that I cried when I saw the confession in my ear in the middle of the night!

Not a Holy Mother? Doesn't she still do a lot of work as a Holy Mother now? Speechless

A very nice story. The most rare thing is that although there is a rebirth scene, the storyline is very close to reality. I like Yu Xiling's character very much. She dares to love and hate, is sensible and smart, and follows her heart. Although she has endured a lot, she always has kind thoughts in the deepest part of her heart. The characters of Wei Gan and Qiao Zhiliang are also remarkable. After watching the scenes, I deeply feel that neither of them is worthy of the heroine, but Gu Jun becomes more and more suitable for the heroine. This story makes me feel like I want to be reborn, not just to have the halo of a protagonist who transcends the times, but just to choose the things I regret again, and I don't know what will happen. This is the best and most beautiful novel I have ever read about the 1980s and 1990s. I highly recommend it!
