My Northwest Stories

A gritty, down-to-earth story with a strong northwestern feel, starting out in the vein of Blind Shaft. It's earthy and sincere.

Yang Sanwa, a rural migrant worker, faces a staged murder meant to scam compensation, a tomb-robbing gang hunting him down, and schemes by well-meaning people... He fights to stay alive.

Every brush with death becomes a source of strength and courage as he grows, gradually transforming from a pawn caught in someone else's scheme into the one calling the shots.
