Slaying Immortals: Starting with a Woodcutter's Axe

My name is Lu Xun. The Xun means revenge.

At eighteen, I drew in qi and gathered spiritual energy. At twenty, I slew the strongest king in the mortal realm with my sword!

But the woman I loved joined forces with the sect that raised me and cut me down!

My mentor carved out my innate sword bones, drained my cultivation, and ascended to the Immortal Realm.

As my body died and my soul faded, my remnant soul took refuge in my lifebound sword, becoming a bodiless sword spirit.

Unable to emerge on my own, I sought out countless sword wielders, possessing them to cultivate, devouring techniques, slaying enemies, and building up an overwhelming sword force!

I will ascend to the heavens and slay my evil master, who ascended to immortality, to avenge my past life's murder and the theft of my bones;

I will break the cage imprisoning the gods of antiquity and save all living beings in the three realms;

I will sweep away the decayed forces of immortals and demons, and take sole control of the laws of heaven and earth.

From this day on, I will decide the order of the world. My sword soul will endure through the ages, immortal and indestructible!
