The Lost Ming Dynasty: I Survive in the Steam Apocalypse

Xiao Mu was supposed to die in the collapsed ancient tomb, but when he opened his eyes, he was lying in the cold sea water. This is a strange world composed of steam valves, gear pipes, and mutated animals and plants. The history after the Ming Dynasty lasted for hundreds of years, and human beings struggled to survive in nineteen closed areas. Life in District 9 is hard and depressing, and ordinary people cannot cross the power grid throughout their lives. Xiao Mu relied on the remaining memories of the original owner to survive in this neighborhood filled with soot and the smell of sea. People here burn mutated insect eggs to keep warm, and fight endlessly for the meager quota of black oil. Xiao Mu was looking for a way back, and the only clue was the broken jade plate on his body that could cause mutations in animals and plants. However, the peaceful daily life was soon broken, and the tragedy in the next district one six months ago seemed to be happening again in the ninth district. Hot, rotten, red hyphae began to grow in the dark alleys. As the suspected source of infection, Xiao Mu must use his knowledge of the ancient tombs and jade plates to find a way to survive before the patrol breaks down the door.
