Master Comes Down the Mountain: From the Start, the Goddess of War Calls Off Our Engagement

In the city, just back from the mountain, my almost-fiancée is using the strength of the Dragon Kingdom's number one female war god to make me give up. How do I tell her I'm more than a hundred times stronger than her?

Some idiot wanted to spar with me, and I accidentally beat him half to death. Luckily, my medical skills are superb, so I saved him. But now a hundred times more people are coming to me for treatment, and they're all rich and powerful. Things have gotten out of hand. How am I supposed to clean up this mess?
