Only I Can Kiss Your Heart

[Older man. School setting. Healing. A little bittersweet. A touch melodramatic]

Everyone at No. 3 High School loved Song Hengzhi. He came from a good family, was handsome and had excellent grades. He was gentle and refined, and even wrote beautifully.

But Li Wangshu, who had just transferred to the school, had two secrets. The first was that Song Hengzhi was her stepbrother. The second was that she really, really hated him. Only Li Wangshu knew the "true face" beneath Song Hengzhi's perfect exterior.

But time and again, Li Wangshu glimpsed the pain and confusion in Song Hengzhi's soul.

The brave girl decided to take the boy's hand.

But fate would not grow kinder for anyone's courage. The beauty of youth could not withstand the blows of reality.

A raging fire gave them freedom, but also destroyed everything they had at eighteen.

And so Song Hengzhi fell into the mire. Everyone avoided him, and no one loved him anymore.

Only Li Wangshu still reached out to him, willing to stay by his side.

Song Hengzhi asked her why.

She said,

"I alone kiss your heart."

"I alone love your soul, just as it truly is."
