A Lucky Little Ginseng Baby in the 1960s: Finding a Dad and Mom Brings Fortune to the Whole Family!

Nannan, a ginseng spirit who has cultivated for five hundred years on Changbai Mountain, suddenly runs out of spiritual energy and is forced to descend the mountain to accumulate merit.

She possesses the body of a pitiful three-year-old, cruelly abandoned by her own father in the mountains and left to die...

The little cutie has two special skills: she can communicate with animals and make plants grow. With her sweet baby voice, she immediately picks out An Wenjing, the only gentle mother in the village who glows with a halo of merit.

She latches on to her mother, finds her father, an amnesiac, steely soldier, in the mountains, and rescues her well-behaved little young master of a big brother by the roadside.

From then on, Little Ginseng Treasure has all the cheat skills she needs:

She ripens the crops in their garden, so they have enough to eat at every meal;

She summons little animals, and wild game and medicinal herbs come right to their door;

She deals with awful, rotten relatives in clever, satisfying ways!

Once, the Ginseng Spirit King only cared about cultivating immortality and accumulating merit.

Now, she's caught up in the warmth of human life, becoming the family's cherished little lucky star.

Together, they turn their fortunes around and live in comfort and peace through the hard years of the sixties!
