After the Ugly Wife Reveals Her True Identity, Her Ex-Husband Begs Her to Come Back

Everyone in the city knows that the formidable Mr. Fu has an ugly wife with a face full of scars.

What no one knows is that Song Qiewei was disfigured for his sake.

Seven years into their marriage, Fu Yannian finds a new love, and she's a college student.

He sends his new flame overseas and strolls down Fifth Avenue with her.

Even Song Qiewei's own children would rather have the new woman as their stepmother.

Knowing everything, Song Qiewei neither cries nor makes a scene. She simply packs her things and leaves Fu Yannian.

She doesn't want her husband anymore, and she doesn't want her children either.

Outsiders scoff at her actions: "She's just putting on a show. Who is she without Mr. Fu?"

Fu Yannian sneers too: "Ignore her. In a few days, she'll come crawling back and beg me to take her in."

Later, A City's former top model makes her comeback, leaving the whole internet in an uproar.

When she appears before everyone with her true face, Fu Yannian is utterly stunned. He never imagined that the ugly wife he'd despised for seven years was actually an untouchable gang boss.

To beg for her forgiveness, Fu Yannian goes so far as to kneel in public.

The two children who once hated her also clamor to go with her.

Song Qiewei gives a cold laugh, tossing her divorce papers with one hand and tearing up the inheritance documents she'd left for her children with the other.

Now you regret it? Too late.
